Dr. Olutade is a board certified internal medicine Physician. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He currently practices medicine, encompassing both primary care and hospital medicine, in the Quad cities area of Illinois and Iowa. He has over 5 year of experience in direct patient care and health care delivery. His areas of expertise include preventive medicine, management of chronic diseases, and acute care management in the hospital setting.   He graduated summa cum laude from Rostov State Medical University, Russia, where he earned his medical degree. He subsequently completed residency training in internal medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital, an affiliate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. Dr. Asare is a Public Health Physician (Family and Reproductive Health Specialist) with 11 years of experience in active service in the Ghana Health Service Delivery System. He is currently the District Director of Health Services - Kwahu South, in the Eastern Region of Ghana. His core capacity constitutes provision of leadership and effective supervision of all health programs and health activities in the district.  He has oversight responsibility for implementation of clinical and public health interventions, adoption of national and regional health policies, planning and organizing human and material resources, investigation of disease outbreaks, budget preparation and implementation and monitoring and controlling finances in the District Health Administration.     He earned his MD medical degree from the Rostov State Medical University  and further earned an MPH degree at the University of Eastern Finland.
